Margarita Papin

With over two decades in the accounting field, Margarita managed various aspects of finance in different industries, including nonprofits: from revenue analytics and budgeting to financial statement analysis and reporting. Her area of expertise, however, is property management and real estate. With over fifteen years dedicated to this sector, Margarita has managed the financials for numerous properties, both commercial and residential, holding a CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) license when handling single family and HOA properties in Colorado from 2001-2016. While briefly exploring tax-related work from 2019-2021, she decided to return to financial accounting, finding it to be a more rewarding experience in assisting businesses with their financial needs. Margarita recently achieved a Master’s Degree in Professional Accounting which has allowed her to move on to another goal of obtaining a CPA certification. Prior to returning to Latitude as Controller, Margarita worked at RPM Living as an Assistant Accounting Manager handling a portfolio of multifamily assets for the Texas and Florida regions.
