Our Founder

Katie Raffinello

With an outstanding 40 years of experience in the property management industry, Katie is a true leader and visionary in the field. Her career began at just  16 years old in Chicago, where she developed a passion for real estate and a commitment to excellence that has defined her professional journey ever since. For more than 30 years, she has been an integral part of the Las Vegas property management community, shaping the local multifamily landscape through her deep market knowledge, operational expertise, and dedication to client success. Before founding Latitude Property Management and Real Estate Services in 2019, Katie held a series of executive roles with nationally and locally recognized firms, including CompassRock Real Estate, Pinnacle Property Management (Currently Known as Cushman & Wakefield), and Stout Property Management. Her leadership experience spans every level of property management—from regional and investment management to president of multifamily divisions—where she has successfully led teams, optimized portfolio performance, and cultivated lasting client relationships. Today, as President of Latitude, Katie continues to build on her lifelong passion for real estate by fostering a culture of integrity, professionalism, and excellence. Her decades of experience, coupled with a hands-on leadership approach, ensure that every property under Latitude’s management benefits from the highest standard of service and care.
