Kyler Larsen

Kyler joined Latitude in July 2022 as Corporate Administrator and plays a key role in supporting the Vice President of Operations across companywide initiatives. In this role, he provides operational, administrative, and reporting support that helps ensure efficiency and consistency throughout the organization. Kyler is actively involved in day-to-day operations, internal training, employee support, and human resources coordination, serving as a central resource for both leadership and onsite teams. Prior to joining Latitude, Kyler spent over four years in the customer service industry, where he held a variety of roles that strengthened his organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. His diverse background and hands-on approach make him an integral part of Latitude’s operational infrastructure and continued growth.
