Dominic Raffinello

Dominic Raffinello has been with Latitude since July 2019 and brings a well-rounded background in property operations and financial management. He has extensive on-site experience across all operational levels, working with both LIHTC (tax credit) and conventional multifamily assets. This hands-on foundation has given him a strong understanding of day-to-day property operations, compliance requirements, and performance drivers. In addition to his on-site expertise, Dominic has significant experience in financial reporting at both the property and corporate levels. His work includes budget oversight, variance analysis, and collaboration with accounting and operations teams to ensure accuracy, transparency, and alignment with ownership objectives. Prior to joining Latitude, Dominic held a management role in the restaurant industry, where he developed strong leadership, customer service, and operational efficiency skills—experience that continues to inform his people-focused and results-driven approach. Dominic attended Utah State University, where he studied Political Science, further strengthening his analytical thinking, communication skills, and ability to navigate complex regulatory and organizational environments.
