Arlene Fye

Arlene Fye is the Senior Regional Property Manager for Latitude Property Management and Real Estate services, overseeing multifamily properties in the Las Vegas as well as the Reno/Sparks area. Arlene has more than thirty years of experience in the multifamily industry where she began her career with Fore Property Company, managing an 800-unit community in Sparks. Ms. Fye has strong administrative skills, a deep knowledge of contracts and property accounting, and excellent communication skills. Arlene has worked on various types of multifamily real estate, including conventional, tax credit, distressed properties, and lease-ups.
