Katie Raffinello
President, Founder

With over 30 years of experience, Katie has managed diverse asset types, including, conventional, senior housing, LIHTC, HUD subsidized, stabilized and value add, with oversight of portfolios totaling over 6,000 units throughout the country. Katie also has extensive experience with receiverships and REO assets and has managed for some of the largest special servicers. She has been managing assets, consistently, in Nevada, for over 25 years. Sites range in size from 96 units to 480 units and comprised of A, B and C asset classes. Katie has been published in the Real Estate Review in addition to other publications for her views on senior housing and development and her views on the Las Vegas market. Katie holds a Nevada Brokers License and Property Management Permit.

Dominic Raffinello
Corporate Operations Manager

Dominic has been with Latitude since July of 2019. He has on site experience at all levels working on both tax credit and conventional assets. Dominic is experienced in financial reporting both at the site and corporate level. Prior to Latitude, Dominic held a management position in the restaurant industry. Dominic attended Utah State University where he studied Political Science.

Tammy Bryan
Corporate Operations Administrator

Tammy Bryan joined the Latitude Property Management team during the company’s inception in 2019. During her 26 years in Property Management, she has held all on site administrative roles and management positions, including Regional Property Manager. Tammy has experience operating all asset classes and has directly overseen multiple property renovations. She has diverse experience including Senior Housing as well as Tax Credit properties. As the Corporate Operations Administrator, Tammy oversees onsite training, auditing and new acquisition support. Her primary role is to improve operations and support the growth and development of our team members.

Christina Prince
Regional Manager

Christina Prince has over 30 years’ experience in all aspects of property management. Her most recent role was Area Manager with Cushman & Wakefield (formerly Pinnacle). She has 15 years’ experience with LIHTC communities, as well as Section 42 in multiple states. She has also worked with UDR which specialized in REITS. While employed by UDR her performance was recognized, and she was included into the President’s Club in 2004. She has obtained her NALP, CAM and CAPS designations in 2004/2005. She has extensive knowledge and experience with renovations and ROI projects. She formerly held a Florida Real Estate license and obtained training through ERA as a Relocation Director. While working in real estate she also worked with local financial institutes overseeing receiverships.

Jennifer McDonnell
Operations Support Specialist

With more than 25 years of property management experience, Jennifer has managed multi-family assets to include conventional, affordable, lease-up and renovations. She has also managed commercial properties. She is responsible for day to day operational support to include software and training, budgeting, website design, social media, software integrations, IT support, policy and procedure manuals, client relations and vendor compliance. Prior to her employment with Latitude, Jennifer spent a good portion of her career employed by both CompassRock Real Estate and with Camden Property Trust. During her career she has held various roles in the industry, including Corporate Trainer, Auditor, Software Support, and all onsite positions from Leasing Consultant to District Manager.

Robin Grzegorzewski

Robin began her career as a Property Accountant in Denver for Cardinal Group Management, working with student housing and multi-family housing communities across the country. She later became the Corporate Accounting Manager for the company, while receiving her Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification and has retained an active status since 2015. Mosat recently, Robin worked for MDC Holdings (Richmond American Homes) where she managed the Florida division of homebuilding as a Senior Accountant before becoming the Assistant Controller. There, she oversaw the Accountants for Nevada, Maryland, and Virginia.

Margarita Papin
Property Accountant

Margarita Papin has been working in the accounting field since 2001 and since, she had managed all aspects of accounting: from AP/AR to general ledger accounting, to budgeting and financial statement analysis and reviews, to tax returns. She has a bachelor’s degree in Business Accounting and is currently working on master’s degree in Professional Accounting with a goal of obtaining a CMA certification. Margarita’s area of expertise is commercial and residential property management. She has been working in the field for over fifteen (15) years and had managed all areas of finance for properties within United States and Canada. From 2014-2017, Margarita worked as an Accounting Manager for a management company located in Dillon, Colorado, where she also held a CMCA license. Prior to starting work with Latitude Property Management, she had dedicated her time to learning and working with personal and business tax returns, helping small-size business owners with their accounting and tax needs.
